For the rollout of the 2006 television season to advertisers, the Canadian TV network turned to the set designer of the highly successful ET Canada. The set needed to incorporate elements of ET's studio set and be able to transform into the set of Deal Or No Deal. Howie Mandel appeared to play a version of the popular game show with a lucky audience member.
